<五> 賽會規則：

參賽年齡計算法：（A）5歲至40歲必須按出生年月日細分, ( 以比賽日 7月21日為準則 )

（B）40歲以上, 只按年份, ( 如1970年任何月份出生, 則今年算46歲, )

參賽計分法： 賽事採用直接得分制。只打21分(不加分) 、10歲以下只打15分(不加分) 。  

獎勵：各組設冠亞季軍獎牌，並頒發證書。

男/女團體賽之冠亞季軍設有利是、獎盃、獎牌等獎勵。

   參賽費用:本地球員每位150元、長者(60歲以上) /小童(12歲以下)100元、

           長者(80歲以上)免費，各送精美紀念T恤一件

           外地球員每位330元，送7月24日聯歡晚宴券一張和T恤一件

           男子團體專業組1300元送T恤八件。男子團體非專業組800元送T恤五件

           女子團體組800元送T恤五件 

     7月24日星期日聯歡晚會於長沙灣麗閣邨君好海鮮酒家(長沙灣港鐡站A1出口)。

憑券入席。每券200元/長者80歲以上 每券100元（下午六時恭候，七時入席，有抽獎等）

當天有旅遊巴分批接外地球員到酒樓。上車地點：曉光街體育館外。

<六> 比賽日安排：7月21日& 22日主要是學生和長者。7月23-24日兩天主要為在職人士和外地球員。(部分成年組別有可能安排在21日& 22日下午六至九時比賽)

<七> 報名辦法和截止日期

（A）海外球員透過敬發盃羽毛球會電郵jungfacup@gmail.com或傳真:00852-27028068 陳女士     報名。報名費於當天抵達球場時繳付後才能比賽。

（B）內地球員可透過敬發盃羽毛球會電郵jungfacup@gmail.com或傳真:00852-27028068 陳女士  報名(連入數紙)，報名費透過中國銀行戶口存入，才確認參賽。銀行號碼: 621785 200001 1823831姓名: 劉敬發。收據於比賽當天前往接待處領取。

（C）本地球員必須報名繳費後才能參賽。球員必須持繳費收據報到。

若人數過多需要抽籤，落選人也要憑收據在比賽期間到曉光街領回退款。

<九> 注意事項

（A）16歲以下的學生可越級比賽（如C組打D組），但該組人數若多，須抽籤取錄。

（B）雙人混齡組的參賽者一人限報一個混齡組（即可以參加50-54雙打和混齡100組，但不能參加混齡100組和110歲組）

 ( C ) 每人只可報兩項，如發現超報、謊報、虛報、冒報、冒出賽等將一律取消所有參賽資格

 ( D ) 若繳交報名費後不能出席比賽，請在7月14日前通知本會﹔如有候補參賽者補上，所繳交報名費將全數退回，否則恕不退還。

 ( E ) 參賽者/隊伍必須遵照大會比賽時間作賽，如不遵照者大會有權取消其參賽資格。

 ( F ) 參加團體賽之隊伍必須於比賽前15分鐘到達比賽場地，並向大會遞交出賽排陣。

 ( G ) 參賽者/隊伍必須服從裁判及大會之判決。

 ( H ) 如遇任何投訴而查証屬實，賽會有權立即終止當日有關賽事，並隨時取消其參賽資格。

 ( I ) 外地球員留港住宿,須自行處理.

 ( J ) 領取T恤必須持繳費收據於7月18至21日前往觀塘曉光街體育館領取,逾期作廢!

 ( K ) 參賽者須保持健康、身體力行。如遇意外，自行負責。

( L ) 如有任何爭拗，賽會有權作最後決定，不得有異議。

(M) 如發現參賽者不符合參賽規定，由此而引致的任何責任由參賽者自行承擔，賽會有權隨時取消其參賽資格，報名費將不予發還。

(N) 大會有權隨時修訂章程內容，不作另行通知。

 天文台發出颱風及暴雨警告訊號：

-當天文台在賽事當天開始時2小時發出8號或以上颱風或黑色暴雨警告訊號，該日所有賽事取消，賽事將另行通知。

-若在比賽進行期間，天文台預告在短時間內將發出8號或以上颱風或黑色暴雨警告訊號，大會職員將視乎情況立即終止或繼續有關賽事，並安排參賽者離開場地或留在安全地方暫避。

Regulations :

Age Calculation Method:

(A) Player’s age of 5 to 40 shall be based on their actual date of birth at the time of tournament, i.e. born at 17 May, 2000 as of 21 July, 2016 = age 15.

(B) Player’s age over 40 shall be based on the year of birth, i.e. born at 1970 as of 2016 = age 46.

Students aged 16 or below can upgrade to play in higher age group (i.e. C --> D) drawing lots will take place in case candidates are over limit.

Player can only participate in one event of each category (such as a player he has been registered in the age of 45 MS cannot enroll another aged 50 MS, this applies to WS, MD, WD and XD respectively). Each player is restricted to participate in a maximum of 2 events (3P included).

Player who won the championship at any age event category in the past 2 years is not eligible to participate in the Amateur events.

Players are advised to arrive the badminton venue at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time of their respective games. Players must report to the court within 5 minutes of the announcement (in according to the stadium clock). Late comers will be disqualified (except where players are being engaged in another game). In the case of the scheduled game is started immediately after the finished one, the player could have a break of 10 minutes.

Scoring System:

All matches of aged 10 or below will be decided by one game of 15 rally points system, change ends when one side reach 8th points, whoever gets the 15th point wins, no additional point(s) on (14) all.

Other age groups will be decided by one game of 21 rally points system, change ends when one side reach 11th points, whoever gets the 21st point wins, no additional point(s) on (20) all.

All 3Ps -- will be decided by one game of 31 rally points system, change ends when one side reach 16th points, whoever gets the 31st point wins, no additional point(s) on (30) all.

Awards/Trophies:

1/. For all age groups, medal will be awarded together with certificate. Top 4 places out of 8 entries. Top 3 places out of 7 entries or less. Top 2 places out of 4 entries.

2/. Professional groups, Team groups. The Champion, 1st runners-up, and 2nd runners-up would be awarded with trophy and lucky money in addition.

 Player aged 12 or below, and Senior player aged 60 or above HKD100/each (including one commemorative T-shirt).

 Honor senior player aged 80 or above is free to enroll with one commemorative T-shirt.

Overseas player:

 HKD330/each (Including one gala dinner ticket on July 24, 2016 & one commemorative T-shirt)

 Men’s Team: HKD800 (including 5 commemorative T-shirts).

 Men’s Team Professional: HKD1300 (including 5 commemorative T-shirts).

 Women’s Team: HKD800 (including 5 commemorative T-shirts).

Remarks:

There is a gala dinner arranged on July 24, 2016 (Sunday) at the Seafood Restaurant (Cheung Sha Wan MTR Exit A). You are very welcome to attend and take advantage of this opportunity for networking with participants, and participate in the performance section. Each ticket at HKD200 (Elderly at age 60 or above HKD100) including lucky draw.

Shuttle service to Restaurant for overseas player will be arranged outside the Hiu Kwong Street Sports Centre. Buses will depart to restaurant at 5:15 pm. .

Students (5-25 years old), and elderly aged 60 or above mainly. Other groups might be held from 6:00pm onward.

23th (Saturday) & 24th (Sunday) July

Prerequisites of Participant:

All participants must ensure that they are medically and physically fit to participate in the event and should participate in his/her own free will, in case of accident occurred, it will be his /her own liability for the medical expense.

Overseas participants shall be personally responsible for his/her travelling, medication, food & beverage and accommodation.

Other Remarks:

1/. Student aged 16 or below can upgrade to play in higher age group event (i.e. C  D) draw lots will take place in case candidates were over limit.

2/. Each players can enroll maximum 2 events only.

3/. Each player is not permitted to participate in more than 2 categories and each player is only permitted to compete in one age combination event. The combined age category of each player can participate 1 category only. (Ex: the players can play in 50 -54 years old and combine age 100 years old but cannot compete in combine age 100 years and 110 years old).

4/. Former professional players are not eligible to compete in the amateur category. Except aged 40 or over were allowed compete in amateur category.

5/. Players are advised to arrive the badminton venue at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time of their respective games. Players must report to the court within 5 minutes of the announcement (in according to the stadium clock). Late comers will be disqualified.

6/. Team Groups must be on site and submit their players itinerary 15 minutes before the game start.

7/. If forgery, imposter, mis-state, masquerading or over registration (any player enroll over 2 events) found, draws will be cancelled, all rewards, prizes, will be withdraw/ withhold, and without refund.

8/. If the player have doubt about the opponents for the verification must claim to the referee/umpire immediately before the game start, if the claim proved, the accused player will be disqualified, no appeal will be accepted after the match.

9/. Cancellation of participation notice must make before 14/Jul/16 otherwise no refund, successor would be consider.

10/. The event organizer has the right to readjust the time and order of all events and all players must follow without any objections.

11/. Player must be in good physical health and should participate of his/her own free will, in case of accident occurred his /her own liability for the medical expense.

12/. Overseas players shall be personally responsible for his/her travelling, medication, food/beverage and accommodation.

13/. Inclement Weather Arrangements:

For typhoon signal number 8 or above: The Sports Centre will be closed and remain closed if the signal is lowered less than two hours before the normal closing time.

For a black rainstorm warning: If the warning is announced during normal opening hours, the Sports Centre will remain open. If the warning is issued before opening hours, the Sports Centre will be closed until the warning is cancelled. If the warning is cancelled less than two hours before the normal closing time, the Sports Centre will be closed.

14/. The organizer might change the rules and regulation without prior notice.

15/. Local players have to produce his/her receipt report to the counter 15 minutes before the game start and collect the commemorative T-shirt.

The Hong Kong Jing Fa Badminton Club reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and /or time of the tournament at its discretion due to the inclement weather (typhoon, rainstorm etc.), facility problem, accident or any other situation deemed as appropriate.

The organizers against all actions, claims and demands by any player/personal who suffers or sustains any loss, death, damage or injury arising out of or as a result of attending this tournament by player or any person so authorized, and this includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
